Shipping policy
Effective July 16, 2026
Where we ship. We ship to the United States, the European Union, and a list of international destinations shown at checkout. We do not currently offer domestic delivery within the Dominican Republic.
Dispatch. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 10 days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email the moment it ships.
Rates — United States.
- Standard: $12 USD flat, any order size.
- Priority processing: $25 USD flat — your order moves to the front of the dispatch queue.
- Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $180 USD (product subtotal).
Rates — European Union.
- Standard: €11 EUR flat, any order size.
- Priority processing: €25 EUR flat — your order moves to the front of the dispatch queue.
- Complimentary standard shipping on orders over €170 EUR (product subtotal).
Rates — other international destinations. $35 USD flat, any order size.
Duties and taxes.
- European Union: prices shown include VAT. There is nothing further to pay on delivery for orders within the EU thresholds in force.
- United States: international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes assessed on arrival. Where these apply, they are the recipient's responsibility unless collected at checkout.
- Other international destinations: orders may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which are collected by the courier on delivery. Estimates vary by destination.
Carriers. Orders ship from Santiago de los Caballeros with our logistics partner and are delivered by the destination country's carrier network. Transit times vary by destination; tracking is provided on every order.
