Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please include your order number and photos of the item.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Customers are responsible for paying import duties, VAT, and local taxes directly to the courier upon delivery.

These costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
