At PAROS, every piece is a curated selection of island fashion, made with care and intention. Because of the exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are final.


Final Sale Policy

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items once an order has been placed.

  • Each item is inspected for quality and condition before being shipped to ensure it arrives as described.

  • This policy helps us reduce waste, maintain sustainable small-batch production, and honor the exclusivity of our designers’ work.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify our Customer Care team at [support@shopparos.com] within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the item.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.


Duties & Taxes

  • All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

  • Customers are responsible for paying import duties, VAT, and local taxes directly to the courier upon delivery.

  • These costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
