1.1 Who we are
This website and store are operated by Get Paros SRL, RNC 1-33-45009-7, of Calle C, Santiago de los Caballeros 51000, República Dominicana ("we," "us"). The store operates under the trade name paros. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order.
1.3 Products
The pieces sold on this site are designed and made by independent design houses. We curate, present, and sell them; we do not manufacture them. We work to display each piece accurately, but colors vary with screens and photography, prints are cut individually so pattern placement varies piece to piece, and minor variations are inherent to small-batch garment production. Such variations are not defects.
1.4 Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we dispatch the goods; our order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of the offer but does not itself constitute acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — including for suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, or a pricing or listing error — in which case we will notify you and refund any amount paid in full. Where consumer law in your country provides otherwise, that law prevails.
1.5 Prices, currency, and payment
- Prices are displayed in US dollars or euros depending on your market. For customers in the European Union, displayed prices include VAT.
- All payments settle in Dominican pesos (DOP). Our payment processor, Azul, processes the charge in DOP; the amount shown at checkout in DOP is the amount charged. If your card is denominated in another currency, your card issuer converts the charge at its own rate, and the final amount on your statement may vary slightly with that rate. Currency figures displayed elsewhere on the site in USD or EUR are provided for convenience.
- Payment is due at checkout. We do not store your card details; see the Security Policy within our Legal Notice.
1.6 Shipping, duties, risk
Shipping terms, rates, and duty treatment are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control, though we will always help you track and resolve a delayed parcel.
1.7 Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary: all sales are final; defective, damaged, or incorrect deliveries are remedied within the 7-day window it describes; and EU consumers hold the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal it sets out in full. Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire.
1.8 Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend an account used in breach of these Terms.
1.9 Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, photography, graphics, logos, and the paros. name and wordmark — is owned by Get Paros SRL or licensed to it by the design houses and creators we work with. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without our written permission, beyond what browsing and sharing links reasonably require.
1.10 Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to breach its security, to scrape it at scale, to place fraudulent orders, or to infringe the rights of others through it.
1.11 Third-party services
The site is built on third-party services (including Shopify and Azul) whose own terms govern their operation. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
1.12 Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site; and our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union and mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, which remain unaffected.
1.13 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Get Paros SRL against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the site.
1.14 Force majeure
We are not in breach of these Terms where performance is prevented by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier or customs disruption, or failures of public infrastructure.
1.15 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and disputes are subject to the courts of Santiago de los Caballeros — except that, if you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law grants you mandatory protections or a mandatory forum, those protections and that forum remain available to you.
1.16 Severability and changes
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder stands. We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your order governs that order.
