Shipping policy

Every PAROS order begins its journey in the Caribbean. Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped internationally from our fulfillment center in the Dominican Republic using trusted global carriers.

Our goal is to ensure that your experience is smooth from the moment your order is placed until it arrives at your door.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within up to four business days.

During this time your order is verified, carefully packaged, and prepared for international export. Once your shipment has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery details.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Availability

PAROS currently ships internationally with primary service to the United States, the European Union, and Rest of the World destinations.

At this time, PAROS does not ship orders to the Dominican Republic.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination country and the international carrier handling the shipment.

Orders shipped to the United States typically arrive within three to six business days after dispatch. Shipments to countries within the European Union typically arrive within four to eight business days after dispatch. Deliveries to other international destinations may require five to ten business days depending on customs procedures and local delivery networks.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing or local carrier operations.

Duties & Import Taxes

To provide a smooth international shopping experience, PAROS collects applicable import duties and taxes during checkout for orders shipped to the United States and the European Union.

This means that these orders are shipped with duties prepaid, allowing them to clear customs without additional payments required upon delivery.

For shipments to Rest of the World destinations, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and may be collected by the carrier or customs office when the shipment arrives in the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link that allows you to follow the progress of your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive shipping confirmation within four business days of placing your order, you may contact our support team for assistance.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

PAROS cannot guarantee successful delivery or provide replacement shipments if an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted at the time of purchase.
